1. Acceptance of Terms
By using BigVoz, you agree to these Terms of Service. BigVoz provides AI-powered voice agents, WhatsApp Business automation, and digital advertising services for businesses.
2. Services
BigVoz offers AI voice agents for sales, support, and lead management; WhatsApp Business integration; CRM and pipeline management; and advertising campaign management. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate information, complying with WhatsApp Business policies, and ensuring your use of AI agents complies with applicable laws including consumer protection and telecommunications regulations.
4. WhatsApp Usage
Use of WhatsApp Business features through BigVoz is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. You must obtain proper consent before sending messages to contacts and comply with WhatsApp's messaging policies.
5. Payment & Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. WhatsApp conversation fees are billed according to Meta's pricing.
6. Limitation of Liability
BigVoz is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made by AI agents, message delivery failures, or third-party service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
